Unexpected Fun in Hahndorf

点评：This was a lot of fun. It wasn’t what we planned to do in Hahndorf but we stumbled across it, just off the main street. On a whim, we decided to play.
Its only a small, putt-putt golf course but it has 18 novelty holes and they supply the the brightly coloured balls, scorecards and putters (although there were no pencils when we were there)
Each hole has a different challenge - there’s a windmill, gnomes and bridges.
A couple of holes are almost impossible. When we started reaching double digits on one hole, we introduced the rugby-style mercy rule and capped the number of strokes.
It’s all a bit rough and ready and not unlike something you might knock up in your backyard if you were clever and creative. However it is looking a little run-down these days and a lack of rain has left it dusty and dry. It has the overall look of something that has seen better days. Nevertheless, it was all good fun and gave us a lot of laughs.
Entry is $9pp (I think it was $28 for a family)
It’s worth noting that the little office was unmanned when we were there. There was a credit card reader on the wall which we could have tapped but it wasn’t working. There's also an honesty box for cash and luckily, I had cash on me (but thats unusual and more often than not, I wouldn’t have anything).
