点评：Beware Bedbugs infested condo!!!! We stayed at the summit condos. We went to Massanutten resort on January 2024 and had a good experience so we decided to go back on Thanksgiving weekend. I took my parents and kids. The condo was smaller than the one we stayed at the first time even though I booked the same one. The furniture was dirty. The heat wasn’t working properly the rooms would either be freezing or burning hot. And the highlight of the trip were the bedbugs. I didn’t realize I was bitten until the last day of our trip and that’s when I called maintenance. I first thought I only had a few bites on my back but by the next day my whole body was full of bedbug bites including my face. I had a horrible reaction to the bites and it lasted for a few days and was extremely itchy! We also had to put all our stuff in plastic bags, wash and dry them as soon as we got home and we’re just hoping we didn’t bring any bedbugs home with us. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone especially if you have kids. Another bad experience I had was “ the tour”. When I was checking in I was told that they are building a new hotel and want to show it to their guests to get feedback and show us around the resort and if I agree to the tour up I would receive a $150 gift card. They made me pay a deposit for the tour to make sure I show up (the deposit was refunded in the form of a gift card not back to my card) and the $150 was not worth my time. The tour was not to get feedback but to sell me a timeshare for $14000 + an annual fee of $630 “ONLY” for life. They ruined our morning; it was over 2 hours long and gave us a nasty attitude when we chose not to buy the timeshare! Stay away from this place!!! Go get an Airbnb
