Never use Rail Ninja - they are a total SCAM

点评：After looking on a Norway tourism website I followed their link to book a train from Flam to Oslo. I was surprised it linked to something called Rail Ninja and even commented to my wife, funny how the Norwegians call their rail network Rail Ninja.
Now that we are here, I have realised they have nothing to do with Norway and are simply a 3rd party "Rip You Off" internet service. Turns out their charge is over double the actual price you would pay going through the correct EnTur site plus added a $194AUD non-refundable service fee. Despite booking a fully flexible fare, when I tried to cancel the Rail Ninja booking it was going to cost the $194AUD plus another 50% modification fee. This meant it would cost more to cancel than the actual fare being charged by EnTur.
They are an utterly unscrupulous internet scam. Despite paying the so called service fee, it is impossible to get any service what so ever. I have had no replies to 3 contact us form submissions and I now understand they are a scam organisation who must simply pay for the google add to run on the first page of google search.
Don't touch them, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. I'm even beginning to wonder if we actually have any tickets. Guess I'll find out in 2 days.
