Rude staff
Secret World Wildlife Rescue的点评
点评：Rang this organisation as have a baby blackbird stuck in my fireplace. Wanted some advice and spoke to a very rude receptionist. Described that the bird is sitting on a ledge that is accessible but the bird is scared of me and I wasn’t sure what to do. They stated that the whole fireplace would have to be removed before a volunteer could come and get the bird. I stated this is an Edwardian fireplace and it can’t be removed without a lot of damage being done. The receptionist continued to be obstructive and unhelpful. I stated I didn’t think they were being helpful and I would try another organisation. It was mainly the manner they spoke to me in which was rude. I advised that it would be easy to reach the bird as it is sitting on a ledge but would need someone with experience which I didn’t have. They clearly didn’t want to help or give any advice as to how I could help. Think this particular receptionist I believe her name was Kate needs to perhaps search for a job where she doesn’t have to speak to the public.
