Desert Merzouga Tours的点评
点评：This company was amazing from start to finish. Communication was prompt, clear and professional. Everything ran exactly on time. The itinerary was well laid out and also flexible for the needs of our group.
I travelled with my teenage daughter and 80 year old parents and all of us loved it. We did a private tour and the vehicle was very comfortable and air conditioned.
So many highlights, but the trek across the sand dunes as the sun sets is unforgettable, as was the hospitality and spectacular scenery at every stop.
Accommodations were all beautifully appointed, food was great and varied.
We felt so lucky to have our wonderful guide, Houcine Taouchikht, who was an endless supply of knowledge about local history, culture, flora and fauna. He is from the desert region himself, so he was running into friends at many of the stops, which was lovely to see. He was also the world's most excellent driver, I have honestly never felt so safe in a car!
It is a long drive so definitely take at least 3 nights to do this route (i.e. don't try to do it in 2 nights). The 4 day tour was a manageable pace.
Another great aspect of this particular company is that they are locally owned and operated.
