点评：Swimming with the whale sharks is amazing! From airport pick up to the drop off the next day we felt well catered for and the communication was excellent. We are very happy with the service provided by Travel Papua and the local tour operators on the ground.
We travelled in June and were the only tourists there. The resort is basic but very comfortable. We enjoyed the space and the relaxed vibes. We stayed for 3 days and saw the whale sharks each day. I wouldn't recommend anything less than 3 days as you rely on good weather. I also recommend that you take the time to enjoy a half day at the resort and snorkel the front reef. The food was excellent. Fresh fish every day.
A few tips to improve the service: our guide was a fill in and knew little about the area or the sharks. And rubbish disposal into the creek is an issue. It should be removed and disposed of appropriately. We are charged national park fees and expected a rubbish free space.
This is a wonderful experience and we recommend it to everyone. You don't need to be a professional diver or have previous diving experience.
