点评：My experience with Bucherer 1888 aka Leeds and sons was simply the best. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and I was immediately greeted by Kristina who offered me a water before asking if I was looking for anything in particular, I wasn’t dressed in designer clothes or looking very wealthy, though not to gloat, I can certainly afford what I want to buy, I only point this out because I was treated like a millionaire simply by walking in the door not by the zeros in my bank account. I told her I was looking for an omega speed master and been thinking about purchasing one for a while, she said they didn’t have any new ones and apologized but they did have some certified used ones and took me to the watch case to try some on. I immediately fell in love with the watch. I told her I had left my wife, daughter and her friend in the car because I wasn’t sure they would have the watch. I didn’t want to disturb anyone with children in a jewelry store, even though mine are very well behaved. They are used to high end places. I left the store to retrieve them and when I returned and sat them down to complete the transaction, they were offered drinks and bribed with Swiss chocolates and quietly sat as the watch was fitted and the transaction was completed. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for fine jewelry or watches looking for a exceptional customer service experience. I saw another couple drinking champagne I imagined picking out a ring or a anniversary gift and another group with a cute dog looking at watches. This is a place that makes you feel like you are the most import person in the world to them, because to them you are, a customer.
