点评：I have wanted to go to Komodo Island for 25 years, so it was a bucket list journey. Did my research and decided to book with Dragon Island Tours. had to trust I was making the right decision with the company half way around the world, but the other reviews and very good up front communication made the difference.
My wife and I chose the four day, three night adventure, which could not have been a better choice. From boarding day to exiting back in Labuan Bajo, we were taken well care of. The boat was great for the two of us. A single cabin, with wide bunk beds for Adults and a single bunk bed for two children. These smaller beds acted as storage space for our gear. The cabin was air conditioned for a pleasant sleep at night.
Our chef was amazing. We had three meals a day. All with an Indonesian touch and very good. Bottle water was provided throughout the trip, which we used to brush our teeth and hydrate. No repercussions.
The trip itself was super. As indicated, in the itinerary, many islands will be visited, dragons seen on Rinca and Komodo with great snorkeling along the way. Super sunrises and sunsets every day with hiking, local town visits and leisure time to enjoy the island sites. The snorkeling provided viewing of manta rays, star fish, turtles, with many fish and coral varieties. The water was warm, the sun bright and the breeze cooling.
Last, but not least, was our guide, Chelly. He and the boatsman made sure all was good every day. Getting us to shore on pink beach or the dock of one of the many islands visited. It was a great crew that made the trip a spectacular adventure.
