点评：First let me say, if you can climb a ladder – you can do a via ferrata. I am an out of shape, almost 60 year old woman, who works in an office. I am not athletic, and yet I can do the via ferrata at Lake Tahoe. The Tahoe Via Ferrata was amazing! The whole experience was exhilarating and inspiring. The view is truly heavenly. Our guide, Glen, was very patient and encouraging. While Glen is an international mountain guide, who guides expeditions all over the world, he is modest and kind. He was very gentle and understanding towards me when I showed that I am afraid of heights. He does not push but encourages. His expertise allows him to safely guide those who are not familiar with climbing. He knows what to watch for and knows how to assist those less capable. All the guides at Alpenglow are this way. The confidence I gained from being able to climb a mountain and cross a cable bridge has been changing life. If I can climb a mountain – I can do anything!
