点评:Had a 6 pm reservation, showed up 20 minutes before (per their website) the booth lady let the line sit for over a half hour without moving any cars through so we all missed the ferry. Finally got to the window and huge shock she was rude and dismissive with a smug look telling me I needed to be there at least a half hour before and then told me I wasn't in the line as long as I said (I have cameras recording in my car) then we get put in standby to wait for another hour and a half and maybe get on? Her lame excuse was she had no place to put the cars in the line but there were 5 open lanes? Not sure they even train these people they're so desperate for employees they'll literally take anything. This terminal is always having issues, slow workers, rude, so unreliable. A real disservice to the community
