New Year at Katarzyna 2025

I would like to express my deep thanks to the staff of Karazyna Estate where we spent our New Year's Eve on the 31st of January, 2025. First of all, the hotel is absolutely perfect in design and amenities. The guests' comfort is in first place, and each detail is very carefully thought out and implemented. We, me nad my man, were very pleasantly surprised to sleep on the most comfortable bed, a very broad and cosy one in the beautiful, quiet, big room. The room is really extremely cosy and has a wonderful view of the big fields of grapes. I assume it would be amazing in spring and autumn when the grapes are in blossom. The bathroom is very modern too and very warm. All textiles in the room are of the highest quality. The food in the hotel is fantastic, fresh and very diverse. We had a winery dinner with a 5-step menu - each dish was accompanied by the most suitable wine. The dinner was really very tasty, and all the food was very delicious, like gourmet. The spa and wellness centre is at a world standard. There is a big enough swimming pool with jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna and very comfortable places for rest with amazing views. The therapists in the spa are very qualified, and I liked the anti-stress massage I received. New Year's Eve was wonderfully organised with tasty dishes and good music. The service everywhere throughout the hotel is at the highest level. The restaurant manager was always asking us do we liked the food, what we recommended, and was telling us interesting stories about the estate and the grapes. In two words, Katarzyna's estate is 100% worth visiting, more than that, I think it is a must for each curious travellers who enjoy luxury and beautiful stays.
