So disappointing – rude staff and unwelcoming atmosphere

点评：I’ve been visiting Destino Beach Bar for the past two years and always enjoyed the vibe — until now. This was my first visit this season, and I was genuinely shocked by how we were treated.
There were two staff members working (a young man and woman), both of whom were extremely rude and dismissive. We had our small dog with us, who was peacefully sleeping in my lap the entire time. We politely asked for a glass of water to pour into his bowl. After waiting about 10 minutes, they coldly told us they wouldn’t give us a glass and that we had to buy a full bottle instead.
If dogs aren’t welcome, they could have just said so — we would’ve completely understood. But their attitude was unprofessional and unkind, both toward us and the dog.
What’s most disappointing is that this happened at the very start of the season. I can only imagine how guests will be treated by the end of summer if this is how things are now.
Sadly, I won’t be coming back. Destino has clearly changed, and not for the better.
