点评：Our experience with Altezza Travel was excellent from the very beginning. Sophie, our travel specialist, was professional, responsive and attentive to every detail ensuring that our trip was well-organized and tailored to our needs. From the initial planning stages to the final confirmations, everything was handled efficiently. The clear and transparent communication made us feel confident and well taken care of throughout.
During our trip, their support team went above and beyond - especially when we had an issue with our lost luggage's. Altezza took over, coordinated directly with the airlines and ensured our bags were returned promptly, the very next day.
Our safari guide, Rahim, was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about sharing insights not only about the parks and the wildlife but also the Tanzanian culture which added a personal and meaningful touch to our experience. His sharp and keen eyes were able to spot animals far in the distance and his response was like seeing them for the very first time. His joy and excitement made our group feel like he was also on an adventure with us. This was not just a job for him but a love and passion for the natural beauty and wildlife that the safari parks provided. Every morning when we got into our land cruiser, he would say, "Let's see what mother nature has to offer us today!" Most importantly, he made us feel safe and well taken care of. Overall, Altezza Travel far exceeded our expectations and made our journey and adventure a truly memorable and unforgettable one. Thank You Altezza!
