点评：We had the absolute best experience touring Israel with Gill Hoffmann as our guide. From the moment we met him, Gill made us feel comfortable and excited for the day ahead. We’re a family of five, and his spacious Honda Odyssey was perfect for us — comfortable, clean, and ideal for a full day of exploring.
Our day started with a beautiful tour of Mount Scopus, where Gill shared fascinating historical context and pointed out exactly what we were seeing. His knowledge of the land, its history, and its significance made everything come alive.
From there, we continued to Erez Bereshit, then made our way toward the Dead Sea, with a spontaneous and unforgettable detour to the Jordan River, where Eliyahu HaNavi is said to have ascended to heaven on his chariot. Standing just a few feet from the border of Israel and Jordan was such a unique experience.
At the Dead Sea, Gill brought us to Neve Midbar, a quiet and beautiful spot with both the Dead Sea and a fresh water pool — perfect for relaxing after floating in the salty water.
Throughout the entire day, Gill shared stories, historical insights, and personal touches that kept our whole family engaged and excited. He has a rare gift for making history feel alive and meaningful, while keeping everything fun and easygoing.
