点评:Went business class to Bali with Virgin and was keen to experience the business class lounge in Melbourne.
As a successful bid for two business class seats the added attraction for us was is that it clearly states on their website that you have excess to the business class lounge like a full business class paying passenger. We were very surprised therefore when we arrived to check in that we were directed to the domestic business class lounge and quite matter of fact told that to enter the other business class lounge we would have to pay extra. Off we marched and eventually found this domestic business class lounge.
The noise . the awful selection of food ,the dirty dishes sitting on tables and empty trays where food was supposed to be felt like we were in a very busy train station cafe at best. Within thirty minutes and some pancakes and raisin bread we were back out the door and very relieved to do so. To Virgin to promote a benefit and then to discover at check in that your ticket in fact does not include this very same benefit is clearly misleading.
A business class lounge it certainly is not by any stretch of the imagination.
On a positive note the flight itself was way above expectations.

从积极的方面来说,这次飞行体验远超预期。
