Jobsworth male member of staff.
Horizon Oceans Of Play的点评
点评：Went to 2pm session on 25/1/25, had to queue for ages to get in & missed 20mins of session.
Not to bothered about that it was the jobsworth male member of staff that just seemed to be hell bent on upsetting everyone. I noticed him going round telling people off for taking pictures of their own kids.
Then he tried kicking my 3 kids out of ocean s of play for rolling a small plastic ball down the slide as they came down it. The member of staff needs to have a refresh of the rules of play as in regards to the slide it just sais no climbing up.
If he had come & told me I would have spoken to my kids instead he ordered us to leave immediately as he said he announced the issue on the tannoy, well good luck hearing that is was packed & very noisy.
I asked to speak to manager & she dismissed the issue & thankfully we didn't see the staff member again.
One of kids struggles with confidence being threatened & ordered to go home for such a petty thing is not going to help that, he was so upset by it he went & hide somewhere I had to get my other kids to go find him & it ruined the rest of the session for him.
Real nice guy you have employed here horizon I hope to see him around.
