点评:We recently traveled with Color Line and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
First of all, everything on board was extremely expensive. What made it worse was that there were almost no free seating areas available. It felt like passengers were expected to sit only in the restaurants or cafés, which meant you had to buy expensive food or drinks just to have a place to sit.
The most unpleasant part of the trip happened in one of the restaurants. By mistake, we used the soda dispenser instead of the water dispenser. The behavior was completely unnecessary and made the situation very uncomfortable for our family.

Overall, the poor customer service, the lack of seating unless you pay high prices, and the rude behavior from staff made this a very negative experience. We expected much better from Color Line.
