Disappointing and a little embarrasing

点评：Location is gorgeous and drinks were lovely but I have never felt more uncomfortable or unwelcome in koutalifari in the many years we have been coming to the village, customer service was non existing and just rude.
The bar is a small and compact area, accidently my 9 year old grandson stood up and knocked a glass off the table which fell through the railings onto the street below. (SUGGESTION.... put some netting or mesh round to avoid things falling through the railings)
I could not have been more apologetic for this ACCIDENT , as it was an accident (these things happen) . I was abruptly handed a brush and shovel and went down to the street to clean up, which I had absolutely had no problem with. What i did have problem with was being spoken to like a child whilst bending down on my knees to pick of small bit of glass that was pointed out to me by the very rude waitress in front of many many people , not many people would have been so accepting of such rudeness.
The embarrassment did not end there ... Thinking I had apologised enough and cleaned up I sat to carry on our night.... Nope that was not allowed as said lady decided to talk disrespectfully about my family to other customers loud and clear for us to hear.
I left with my grand child at this point and left the rest of our party to finish thier drinks.
If you want to relax and enjoy the gorgeous village and the beautiful people of the village avoid this place !
SHOUT OUT TO THE BAR MAN THE COCKTAILS WERE AMAZING ...... Such a shame manners and customer service were just no where to be seen 🫤

尴尬还没结束……我以为我已经道了足够的歉，也收拾干净了，就坐下来继续我们的夜晚……不行，这太不公平了，因为那位女士决定对其他顾客大声、清晰地谈论我的家人，让我们都能听到。
这时，我带着孙子离开了，留下其他人把酒喝完。
如果你想放松身心，欣赏美丽的村庄和村民们，千万别来这里！
