Jackson Hole Via Ferrata的点评
点评：My husband, 2 daughters (15 and 12 years old) and I had such an amazing experience with Franz and James doing the Via Ferrata. They were helpful, patient and friendly. Franz was awesome capturing a ton of great pictures that he shared with my family. The Via Ferrata was a safe way to experience "rock climbing" for us non rock climbers given all the features. We signed up for the medium level, but Franz and James showed us different routes and let us decide routes based on our comfort level. Half my fam did a medium level route, while the other half did a more difficult route. Nice to have those options. We loved it and would do it again.
The only reason we are giving 4 stars is that we didn't realize until the morning of that we had to pay for an additional tour guide since our 12 year old was under the weight limit. When my husband signed up, he didn't realize she was under weight. He checked in the day before, and found out an additional guide was required for safety; however, we weren't informed it would be $200 more until the morning of! That is a lot of money especially given the cost to do the via ferreta for a family of 4! The website should state clearly the weight limit, and if a child is between a certain weight an additional guide is required at X amount of money.
