点评:We stayed ai Hera Classic Boutique cruise from 2nd to 4th Jan. We travelled with a 3YO and a 1YO. Our stay was nice until a big accident happened when the sliding glass door in bathroom came crushing down to pieces on my left hand when I tried to close it. It was our sheer luck that I was there at that time in bathroom and both of the children were sitting in bed drawing with colour pencils. I had to scream at the top of my voice for help as they don’t have a phone service in rooms. Although the restaurant was just above our floor and there were housekeeping staffs cleaning other rooms in the same floor but it took them 5minutes to come down to my room. I had cuts all over my left hand and feet. They came and cleaned the area and put band aids on my hands. I was so relieved that none of the kids were injured and I thought not to make any noise as the staff seemed sorry. But that was so I only imagined. When checking out on 4th morning we were not able to find the room key (which we later found out that our toddler put that in our bag) the cruise manager Dan or Dang exactly told me that “we are not saying anything about the glass but the key must be returned”. And at that time I clearly told him that we can sue the cruise for such big accident! We refrained because as we all were safe. This was so disappointing and unexpected from him. I was so disgusted with him at that time. And still so disgusted. I don’t know if it is a normal human behaviour. If a single scratch came to my children I would have sued the cruise but since all were safe I though not to. Horrible horrible experience. The nice feelings of staying there became so sour that we won’t never recommend this cruise to anyone. And it is just because of this particular manager person.
