Wonderful visit with very knowledgeable people.
Simply Alpaca的点评
点评：Took my nephews (5 and 3) to Simply Alpaca. Met by Roger and Victoria who were wonderful with the boys and incredibly knowledgeable. The alpacas had just been shorn and were so soft, and whilst we got through the treats quickly, not least because the boys wanted to give everything up immediately, we were able to stroke them and the animals were not shy about staying close and happy to receive attention even with 2 high energy children around.
Roger gave me a bit of information about the great work they do with public visits to universities for mental health days around exam times and visits to nursing homes and how they look after the herd, the boys were then off looking for the ducks and discovered the automatic lawn mower robot... fascinated! Followed it right up to its docking station.
There was a shop on site with products made from the wool and the nephews decided on a cuddly alpaca each which they both named Lolly! I don't anticipate any challenges there.
Overall a great experience, with very knowledgeable people. I would definitely recommend with children.
