Hawk Ridge Winery的点评
点评：My husband and I went to Hawk Ridge Winery on Sept 13, 2025, to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
We got there around 1:15 pm and it was already crowded. After ordering a bottle of wine, a beer and something to eat, we were lucky to find an open picnic table.
The downside - there were WAY TOO MANY KIDS running around, rolling down the hill in front of our table and throwing balls around us. This went on for the entire time we sat there. It was so crowded there was no place else to sit.
Around 4 pm, both my husband and I were hit in the back of the neck/head by a ball. My husband told one of the kids to get away from us. Then all hell broke loose when that boy's father aggressively came toward us yelling at my husband and getting in his face. It was a scary and embarrassing experience.
Then to make it worse, someone from Hawk Ridge staff came to our table and said to us - "this is a public space, you cannot yell at the kids". She never asked us if we were OK or what happened. REALLY ????
My husband insisted that he speak to a manager and went inside. He came back out to the table with another staff member. She asked what she could do to make it right for us and offered us both a wine slushy. After what we went through, a wine slushy didn’t seem like the right answer. She took down my husband's contact information and said the general manager would be reaching out to us when he returned from his vacation. We have not yet heard from anyone at Hawk Ridge.
We were both very upset and left the property after the conversation with the staff member. We were at Hawk Ridge for a relaxing afternoon celebration. Needless to say, this experience was anything but relaxing. We spent about $100 to be aggravated. We will not be going back to Hawk Ridge.
