TeamSport Indoor Go Karting Harlow的点评
点评：We’ve been visiting Harlow Karting for years. My son celebrated one of his birthday parties there, and we’ve also been with my daughter, so we’ve always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing.
The track now appears to be run almost entirely by teenagers with very little supervision. There were constant interruptions, with races repeatedly stopped while the light system was tested or drivers were called into the pits. Instead of enjoying the track, we spent far too much time sitting in stationary karts.
At £238 for five people, I expected a well-managed experience. Instead, it felt like we were paying to watch inexperienced staff learn how to operate the system rather than enjoying the racing.
My advice to the management is to ensure an experienced adult is supervising your staff.
It’s disappointing because Harlow Karting has always been a venue we recommended to others. After today’s experience, we’ll be looking elsewhere for our next family karting day.
