Beware of costumed pretend 'show girls' who will have you unwittingly part with a lot of money

点评：The strip has become a very busy and expensive place and unfortunately has many different types of scammers lurking to extract money from unsuspecting tourists.
The most common hustle (or scam as it is called outside of the USA) is girls dressed in fancy dress posing as 'show girls'. They will approach you and badger you into taking a photograph with them and then afterwards asking for a very large tip and / or take fraudulent payments.
This type of hustle has been going on for some time it seems, but they have now stepped up a gear by setting a price, having their partner distract you at a critical moment allowing them to secretly add a multiple to the amount they showed you to tap on your payment card. I got caught with a charge of nearly US$150, nine times more than I had reluctantly agreed to pay for a photograph that I didn't want anyway and which took 1 minute of theirs and our time.
Watch out, these ladies are everywhere and really a nuisance.
