Great views, fun coasters, and lovely people

点评：I was in the Smokies and decided that I wanted to do the Lumina walk that they have. I spent an entire evening there and had a great time. The roller coasters were super fun (especially the Rail Runner), the observation tower had great views, and the Lumina walk was really beautiful! The tree trek was also super cool - I recommend going at night because they've got all sorts of pretty lights.
I bought the unlimited photos package because they take your photo on the ski lift as well as the coasters (as well as a few other places that I didn't go to, including the bottom of the hill and the zipline). Unfortunately, the cameras didn't seem to like me that day and most of my photos were different. However, Chrissy from the photo booth (along with a few others, including Taylor) spent about 45 minutes with me trying to help me find my photos. I really appreciated how kind she was with me, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure that I had photos to remember my day. I really got the feeling that the staff cared about the guests' experience, and that made the day much better overall.
