点评：Disappointed and Frustrated — Not Worth the Season Pass
We bought season passes over the July 4th weekend, excited for a summer full of fun. My kids especially love wave pools, so we were really looking forward to playing in one regularly.
Unfortunately, the wave pool was broken on our first visit. We decided to try the lazy river instead, but it was full of debris — I even joked with my kids that it felt more like a real river than a water park attraction. Given all the rain the area had received that weekend, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a one-time issue.
However, we’ve been back two more times since then, and the wave pool is still not working. Despite reaching out multiple times to ask when it would be fixed, we haven’t received a single response. On our most recent visit yesterday, the wave pool was still broken, and the lazy river was still very dirty.
If you’re considering buying a season pass and cleanliness or working attractions (especially the wave pool) are important to you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. We’re very disappointed and feel like we didn’t get what we paid for.
(The drop slides are broken as well. They have not been working since day one. That was not important to my kids but wanted to add that if you are looking forward to that attraction. )
