Just a number to the owner, but my asd daughters birthday ruined.

点评：I had booked here in March for an April visit.
Unfortunately our 12th Birthday party was dismal from start to finish. The staff did what they could amid the sheer volume of other kart users and a system that booked a 30 min track time in over 2hours, so I don't lay fault with them at all, as I made clear a number of times when messaging their page. As I booked a package I just assumed the times set by the booking were appropriate for the party ie extra track time or something similar. But was advised on arrival that it was just a wait between the 15min karts. So we were there from 11.30am for the arranged food to come at the advised end time of 1.30pm and I had arranged for parents to collect at 2.30pm to allow for food and cake. So you can imagine the sheer boredom of waiting hours between barely 15mins on the karts. When i asked why the karts were stopping and spluttering, the owner informed me staff controlled the karts. He was rude and blamed the issues on his staff, which is completely wrong.
Visiting as an adult group or random visit with the kids has worked out OK in the past, but unfortunately this visit was not and I was left with alot of disappointed
children. For £205 we should have at least left with 1 good memory.
