点评:First pain was it took almost an hour just to book online as system kept asking us to sign the waiver form - gave up having done it 3 times - although the system kept asking it to be done again - tried to call skyline but no one answered the phone!
The staff are lovely and did acknowledge that there was a fault in the system and could we fill in a paper form, so fourth time lucky..
Next nightmare we were half an hour late as Google maps didn’t seem to be working and the place is not signposted at all. Not helpful.
Then there is the trying to pay for food and drinks - ‘system’ whereby you cannot go the snack bar and order even a bottle of water as have to go through the rigmarole of ordering via Internet (not all of us want to do that!) Was just trying to buy 2 bottles of water at a counter that had no other customers but you couldn’t do it, you had to order online despite being face to face with server!
Saving grace is grandson loved the trampolines but if have to come back will do what others were doing and bring our own water to save the massive hoo ha!
