点评：We have visited a number of English vineyards, 4 now in the Southwest. Each has their own niche or spin on what they offer in their tasting tours.
Charlie Boney, owner and host, has a wonderful way of making guests feel part of the experience and imparts a great deal of knowledge throughout the 2 - 3 hours spent with him.
I personally appreciated learning more about the science of winemaking, presented such that non-scientific minds can understand, but those more scientifically minded can ask deeper questions and Charlie has the answers.
He structures his presentation in a way that includes everyone and likes his audience to get “hands on” using tools and machines to demonstrate the processes involved in winemaking.
You will use all your senses if you visit and you will come away enlightened and inspired, as we did.
