Memorable, fun. Physically demanding.

点评：Thanks for supporting my poor French, and accommodating the late change of day and arrival (to make the most of the weather window). We had a lovely time.
The bike ride: Beautiful and managed without much objection by my 7/9 yo boys. Mostly lovely countryside. Take helmets as not supplied. Expect short sections of (mostly quiet) road riding.
The castle visit: Faultless, and supported by augmented reality ipads which helped sustain interest.
The paddle back: Hard physical exercise. And I'm reasonably fit. My 9yo put in a two hour shift but my advice is to give yourself plenty of time to go slow, have rests, enjoy the wildlife and take it all in. At least 3 hours. Headwinds make it harder.
All in all a great and memorable experience. Super equipment and apart from one glitch with the bikes drop off in Amboise, faultless.
