Quassy Amusement & Waterpark的点评
点评：On July 14, 2025 my wife and I visited Quassy with out 5 year old grandson. After buying our tickets and entering the park we quickly found out that many of the rides our grandson could go on were shut down due to an earlier rain shower. The entire waterfront boat rides were not operating . After going on the merry go round twice it started raining very hard. we sat under a canopy for about 45 minutes until the rain let up. All of the rides were soaked and wet and because they are metal they were slippery. I went up to the ticket office to asked for a rain check for another day. They said no because the park was not closed. We went back into the park and the rain started to come down in buckets. We once again sat under a canopy for about an hour and a half. Then we started to her rumbles of thunder and my grandson said he was scared. The walkways in the park were like little raging rivers with ankle deep water. We made our way back to the ticket office in torrential rain. I asked again if I could get a rain check for another day. They said no because the park was not closed . I mentioned the thunder and possible lightning but they said I should have read the rain check policy posted on the wall. They should have informed us that many of the rides were shut down before taking our money for the the full price tickets. I was not looking to get a refund just a rain check for another day. It was a good thing we left because it continued to rain hard the rest of the day. We were very disappointed in the park for taking our money knowing many rides were shut down and expecting a 5 year old child to go on rides when it is pouring rain and rumbles of thunder.
