点评:I visited the park 12/10/24. Paying £48 for a wrist band for my self and my son. We went on 2 rides each and then the park had a power cut. We were left standing around in the cold and so I went to the wrist band office and spoke to a supervisor who advised she could cut our wristbands off, take my email address and I would be contacted regarding a refund minus the rides we had been on (as the wrist band is scannable and they can see what you’ve been on) we did this and proceeded to leave the park. Since then I have had to contact the park. I’ve now been advised they dont give refunds but I can have a few return to the park. To which I’ve explained what I was originally told, I live in the midlands and can not see my self returning to brean for years to come, I wouldn’t have left the park if I wasn’t advised I would get a refund as I know I would not be returning to bream anytime soon. So I’ve paid £48 to go on two rides! Most the rides were also shut prior to the power cut and 1 person manning two rides. We went to go on the go karts but I was told that was payable after paying £48 I was not going to pay another £7 per person for the go karts. I’m absolutly fuming! I’ve asked for the managers name and email to take this further!
