Nice Easy Walk Along Creek To Falls

点评：You'll find this short, easy, half-mile dirt trail about seven miles in from the Payson entry of the Mt. Nebo Scenic Byway. There is a good amount of parking at this location as well as at the lot up the road a bit. The trail is mostly level, but you will have to cross several stream points via logs and stones. So for this I recommend you wear waterproof footing and maybe carry a trekking pole. Actually if you scrutinize each of these crossing points closely, you might figure a way to cross with only minimal footing on the logs. Depending on the time of year, the falls can be a tickle or something like a nice stream. In the dead of winter it might be frozen up. The trail is really family friendly and kids seem to handle the minor obstacles better than some adults. If, for some reason, you use the upper parking, you'll begin on a connector trail. Just remember, when you reach the junction, follow north then south to connect to the main trail. Otherwise, you'll be headed toward Shram Creek. And you can go that way, if you want.
