Horrible car rental experience ever

点评：Stop... dowaste your time or money. The other reviews are true. The off-site will take 30 minutes or more to get there. The shuttle driver was the only good experience.
Once I got to rental building, it took 45 minutes before I saw the agent to rent the car. Did not tell me it was an electric car until I got to the counter. If you wanted to switch to a gas vehicle, it would cost an additional 130 USD. So, I kept the electric car. The car was a Mini. It cost me more than 50 USD to keep the battery charged. I had the car 2 days. Because it is so hot in Phoenix, you have to run the AC. Although, I rented the car for 4 days. I turned the car back in on day 3. Finding a charger station, having to charge every day was more than I was willing to keep paying. There is an EVgo charger station near the rental center, so you can not return the vehicle topped off. That was an extra 25 USD. Overall, just stay way or prepare to spend more money.
