• Rennstall Ski Tune Service – Staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Our skis were not properly tuned, and when another employee (Chris) offered to fix them, the same rude staff member refused outright.
• Snowflake Lift Attendant (Suzanne) – Yelled at our children instead of helping them. Completely unacceptable behavior.
• Expert Tour Guide – Rude, impatient, and dismissive. She cut off questions, was unfriendly, and made the experience so uncomfortable that we left the tour early.
To make matters worse, we sent multiple emails to Deer Valley management about these issues, and no one even acknowledged our concerns. It’s clear that they simply don’t care—I guess they’re too busy to care about one customer.
For a resort that claims to be luxurious and guest-focused, this level of service is unacceptable. We should have chosen Aspen or another IKON resort instead. Deer Valley has completely lost our trust—we won’t be returning.
