点评：Our experience with Guruguru Safari was absolutely disappointing. It was a very bad and low quality travel experience, which will never allow me to consider another visit in the future.
Guruguru Safaris service was very poor and rude. From the beginning of the tour there was no clear idea about our destination or schedule. The guide/driver we were assigned was completely unprepared, and his behavior was extremely rude. He failed to provide us with the required information. We were in limbo most of the time and it made our entire trip very uncomfortable.
The quality of service was totally poor, there was no professionalism. When we asked the guide to clarify something, his answer was incredibly dismissive and indifferent. Even after reaching the destination, they lacked organization and we had to return without getting any kind of deserved facilities or experience.
Guruguru Safaris completely spoiled our travel experience and would recommend it as an avoidable to everyone. It was a complete waste of time and money. It is better not to take such low quality service.
