点评：I had my daughter’s birthday party here yesterday and first of all the parking was impossible, cars parked all along the verges you could barely drive through let alone secure a parking space, I had parents of children calling me to collect them from the next road as they couldn’t physically turn into the establishment. When we arrived we were told to wait around the corner and meet our party host who hadn’t yet arrived, once she arrived the children watched a small clip before they could bounce on the equipment. Due to the parking situation a lot of the children ran late by 10 mins max and weren’t greeted or given socks on arrival and instead were told to just ‘go on and find their friends’, 2 of the children attending the party injured themselves and were bleeding, when I asked them to clean and plaster them up they couldn’t provide me with a wipe and gave a plaster that wouldn’t fit their wounds! All children’s shoes are to be kept in a box they provide, when I requested the box in question so I could take a child outside due to them being upset by their injuries I was told to ‘ask someone else’ and they didn’t know what I was talking about the staff member in question then began arguing with myself over the matter in which other staff had to step in (the other staff apologised for the rudeness). I also noticed they had around 4 party bookings in the space of an hour and a half so everything was a stressful mess and all over the place. Our host Mia was lovely and was the only positive thing that came out of the experience, she was attentive and interactive with all the kids and ensured the birthday girl had a good time. It appears to me the place is ran by undertrained stroppy teenagers (bar Mia) and we will not be returning in the future.
