Not a good wedding venue
Sweet Heart Winery的点评
点评：From the outside, this venue is absolutely beautiful, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing.
Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the setting. The chairs were noticeably dirty, and the event overly scrutinized and uncomfortable. Several staff members came across as rude, and security followed guests around throughout the evening, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a welcoming one. I will mention, the young event coordinator however was very kind and helpful.
The food was underwhelming, especially considering the price point. The cider was average, the wine selection was disappointing, and when we asked for information about the different wines to help us make a selection, staff could not provide any meaningful details, tasting notes, or comparable recommendations.
What stood out most was the attitude of the lead staff member—possibly an owner or manager—who was consistently unpleasant and dismissive toward guests. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime celebrations, and it felt very clear that hosting an event of that significance was not something this venue particularly enjoyed or excelled at.
Perhaps this venue is better suited for tastings, casual visits, or smaller gatherings, but based on our experience, it struggled to deliver the level of hospitality, organization, and service expected for a wedding.
And the cost? For what was provided, the pricing was extremely difficult to justify.
