I'm going to have two leg fractures because of Pilot Big mistake

点评：Yesterday, my friend took a flight with Mr Julio (chief pilot) and got a serious fracture at the end, which requires surgery twice. She landed on a tilted ground without telling her ahead of the landing.
Once she got a broken leg and foot, her ankle was turned backwards. When she said it's fracture, the pilot insisted it's not and tried to make her foot come back with his force. However, this resulted in the double fracture on her tibia bone. After the accident, she reached the hospital after 6 hours becuase the pilot didn't have a phone to call the ambulance right away.
Doctors said it's the double fracture, happened at landing and due to the pilot's wrong management. She had to undergo operations twice due to this accident, and terribly the company and the pilot argue that it's not their fault, avoiding my contacts.
Surgery costs 19,000 francs and 45,000 francs twice
