Enjoy Your Holiday with Mas Don at Bromo and Tumpak Sewu

点评：This was my second trip with Enjoy Your Holiday (EYH), and once again they went above and beyond. Since they’re based in Jogja, I asked if they could arrange our 4 days trip to Bromo and Tumpak Sewu and sure enough they delivered.
The booking process was simple, with plenty of payment options available. Pak Aziz, the admin/owner, was very helpful, polite, and accommodating while helping us plan the itinerary. His responses were always quick, which made everything hassle-free. The package included everything, except meals.
Because our itinerary covered 3 different areas that were hours apart, EYH arranged 3 different hotels for us. Each one was clean, comfortable, conveniently located near our destinations, and included breakfast.
A big part of what made this trip unforgettable was our assigned guide, Mas Don. He made the journey so much more enjoyable with his humor, energy, and readiness. He hiked with us up Mount Bromo and down to Tumpak Sewu always making sure we felt supported and safe. (In Tumpak Sewu a local guide is required so Mas Don dont really need to accompany us but he still did. I noticed guide from different agency would just waited in the car/bus). Mas Don remembered all our requests and did his best to fulfill them. Road side stop for ubi cilembu, and night cafe hunting sacrificing his sleep/rest time. On the road, his jokes kept the long drives fun, and his driving skills gave us complete peace of mind.
On top of being a fantastic guide, he was also our personal photographer and videographer. His photos and videos were excellent, and his editing skills meant we had amazing content ready to share at the end of each day. The pictures and videos were to die for.
Overall, EYH once again proved to be reliable, professional, and truly dedicated to creating memorable experiences.
Already planning for our next trip with EYH and this time we are asking for Mas Don..!!
