点评:From the minute we arrived our experience was terrible. We followed bag size restrictions and food/drink restrictions. I simply had an empty clear water bottle to fill for late in the day in the rest of our city exploration. We also had to turn our tiny backpacks (about 9-10 inches) and wear them on the front of our body. Later, my pre-teen child was sitting on a viewing bench, full wood, not a piece of art, not truly damageable by his action. A staff member yelled at him, and I was close by and obviously interacting with him and could have addressed it. While I understand increased protocol to prevent vandalism or threats, there is no balance with guest experience. An art museum is supposed to be a place of peace, reflection, and a gentle quiet - this place has lost it's experience completely. Do not recommend for adults nor families.
