达拉斯世界水族馆的点评
点评：We went Memorial Day weekend- 10/10 do not recommend you do that. The line to get into the building wrapped around the whole thing and had some switchbacks. We had bought tickets already online so we’re stuck. It moved pretty quickly but I think we still waited close to an hour to get in. The fees to get in are very high, and they are smart and weave you right to the snack/drink bar inside- so we ended up purchasing those too. The animals were cool and the indoor terrarium feel was neat- but I agree with many other reviewers saying the enclosures are very small. The shark area, was very dark and the sharks were hard to see unless they swam over the tunnel. Many exhibits we couldn’t find the animals and the penguins were closed.
My ASD/ADHD kiddo struggled with so many people everywhere. They really should limit the amount of tickets they sell. It’s not fair to pack everyone in so much it really takes away from the experience. I did let my little shop the gift shop at the end for a souvenir and was surprised that the prices were reasonable and she got a plushie under $20.
We would not do a second time.
