点评:This review is directed toward who I assume is management on duty today at the Carlton location. I witnessed the manager/employee verbally attacking multiple consumers (actually yelling at, and also making verbal personal attacks) for attempting to lower the commercial grade curtains/panels on the pavilion - that are lowered for the winter season- during a heavy rain claiming, among other things - that they are fragile (they most certainly are not). I also saw one gentleman apologize and ask if he could help her roll them back up and she literally yelled at him and threatened to have his group removed from the property- for offering politely to assist her. She actually escalated and made the situation worse when some suggested that the company may face bad reviews for her behavior. She told many patrons to go in the building if they wanted to stay dry - which looked to already be at maximum capacity (person count according to the fire marshal) due to the rain - which is a whole different issue regarding fire safety and compliance.
I enjoy the brewery but her attitude and actions towards those individuals (being verbally abusive to the consumers) were extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. My suggestion as a professional is she should at minimum receive mandatory re-training on how to de-escalate and effectively manage difficult consumer interactions courteously and professionally - or be placed into a non-consumer facing position. It's not a good look for a company that already has legal allegations of misconduct toward protected class stakeholders.
