点评:This review is directed toward management on duty yesterday at the Carlton location. I witnessed the manager/employee yelling at, and also making verbal personal attacks, toward multiple groups of customers for attempting to lower the commercial grade curtains/panels on the pavilion - that are lowered for the winter season- during a heavy rain. I also saw one person apologize and ask if he could help her roll them back up and she literally yelled at him and threatened to have the group removed from the property- for offering politely to assist her. I enjoyed the brewery but may not return. Her attitude and actions were extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. My suggestion as a professional is that she should at minimum receive mandatory re-training on how to de-escalate and effectively manage consumer interactions courteously and professionally - or be placed into a non-consumer facing position.
