One of the things I appreciated most was how much attention was given to the “why” behind the practice—not just doing the poses, but understanding alignment, breath, and philosophy in a way that made sense and felt connected to real life.
The alignment sessions helped me improve my own practice a lot. I became more aware of how my body moves and how to adjust things safely and mindfully. Learning pranayama (breathing techniques) was also a big highlight for me—it helped me experience a whole new layer of yoga beyond just the physical aspect, and I’ve already started including it in my daily routine.
We also spent time exploring the roots of yoga and the philosophy behind it, which I found truly fascinating. It was taught in a clear and grounded way that made it easy to relate to and apply in everyday life.
Another thing worth mentioning is the food—it was really tasty, nourishing, and healthy. Every meal felt like it was made with care, and it supported the experience in the best
way.
The overall atmosphere was supportive, non-judgmental, and encouraging. I felt like I had space to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn at my own pace. I walked away with a deeper connection to my practice and a better understanding of what yoga is really about—not just on the mat, but off it too.

整体氛围充满支持、客观和鼓励。我感觉自己有空间提问、犯错,并按照自己的节奏学习。离开后,我与练习有了更深的联系,也对瑜伽的真正含义有了更深刻的理解——不仅仅是在瑜伽垫上,也包括瑜伽之外。
