点评：We went to see Wuthering Heights by the youth group Theatre Makers. It was innovative, interesting and so very creative. The set was brilliant for an outdoor theatre and used so well by a talented, incredible cast. In the queue during the interval we overheard someone say they only have one day on it before - unbelievable! ... I'd have said they'd used it for weeks! The energy was incredible and we were left on the edge of our seats and then very emotional at the end.
It was our first trip to Tolethorpe and we were in the area for a party at the end of last week so our friends who live locally booked for us. By the look of the packed house we were lucky to get a ticket. We live a drive away but will certainly look out for what this youth group will do in the future. We have a granddaughter interested in theatre and we wish we lived nearer so she could be part of it. Our friends who live in the area said it's the best thing they've seen there for years. It was hard to believe they were so young - their performances blew us away.
