点评：Boarded Curiosity in the harbour. Small, yellow craft, which would maybe take ten people. Binoculars and pictures of birds and sea life posted inside. Lifejackets in central box.
Flat calm day, which helped, though the Atlantic rollers still caused some motion.
Went half an hour across the bay to an offshore rock covered with gannets. Unfortunately, they flew away when the boat neared.
A bit further along met a solitary seal, just offshore.
On the way back passed a salmon farm. A few fish seen leaping from the water. However, the rim of one of the tanks had a grey seal relaxing. It dived into the tank a couple of times. One wonders how many fish are lost to predators.
Sadly, no other large wildlife seen, despite the calm conditions.
Cool enough in November, and wouldn't fancy the trip on anything but a calm day
