Very disappointing

点评：We were very disappointed. Tickets for 3 seniors, 1 adult, and one child were over $350. The way the exhibit is set up, there is no way to get to it without going through the general museum, so you have to pay for general admission AND Pompeii even if you only want to see Pompeii. The app for the audio did not work (I downloaded it twice and it kicked me off and others in our group had similar issues.). The exhibit was all in black: walls, floor, display cases, and it was very dark and hard to see. The ramps are not lit, which is dangerous. The staff at the beginning were not very friendly or helpful. There was one staff member inside the exhibit who was helpful and friendly but the movie area where he was located was too small and crammed full of people and he had to rush us through instead of answering questions. The content that was there was interesting, but there wasn’t much of it. There was pretty much nothing about the years of excavation, how it was done, what is happening now, etc. we looked at every item on display, read everything, and it only took an hour.
