Overcrowded Every Time I Visit – Poor Supervision and Organization

点评：I visited Bounce Qatar on Thursday, June 4, 2026, and played dodgeball between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. It was a terrible experience. The maximum capacity is supposed to be 8 players per team, but there were well over 20 people on each side. It was so overcrowded that I could barely move, and the game was impossible to enjoy.
The staff member responsible for supervising the game was not doing his job properly and spent much of the time on his phone. Players who were clearly hit out were allowed to stay in the game, even after multiple people pointed it out. We tried to tell him several times, but nothing changed.
I also had to wait around 20 minutes just to get into a game because of the poor organization. On top of that, one staff member was trying to manage two areas at the same time, which made everything even more disorganized and chaotic.
The most frustrating part is that this is not a one-time issue. It seems to be like this every time, with overcrowded games, poor supervision, and a lack of organization. Customers pay to enjoy the activities, but the experience is ruined when basic rules and capacity limits are ignored.
