Disappointing experience

点评：Booked a spa package for me and my mother in law, was disappointed with the hand towels we were given in our bags, had we realised they would be that small we would have taken our own towels. Was also embarrassing that you don't get an option on size of dressing gown - so if your bigger than an xl it won't fit you and if your u lucky you won't even have anything to tie it up with like myself. We also didn't realise that the swimming pools were so regimented and open to the public, so we found the pool was sectioned into three lanes and that you had to swim around clockwise and couldn't just relax and swim leisurely for fear of someone swimming into you. Not to mention the pool was far too cold. The food was average at best, nonseasoning on the avocado and toast - needed some chilli flakes or something. Finally our treatments, my mil had her nails done which didn't look to bad tbf, I had a massage which although very good lasted about 15 minutes. The woman was late getting me and then I waited 5 minutes for her to start. I just feel like the day wasn't as special as it could have been, only real good point was how friendly all the staff were to use.
翻译：我和婆婆预订了一个水疗套餐，结果发现袋子里提供的毛巾太小了，让我们很失望。早知道这么小，我们就自己带毛巾了。更尴尬的是，浴袍居然没有尺码可选——如果你穿XL码以上，肯定穿不下；如果你运气不好，可能连个系带都没有，就像我一样。我们之前也不知道游泳池是公开的，而且管理得这么严格，结果发现泳池被分成了三条泳道，必须顺时针方向游，根本没法放松地悠闲地游，生怕被人撞到。更别提泳池水温也太冷了。食物最多只能算一般，牛油果吐司一点味道都没有——应该加点辣椒片之类的调味料。最后说说我们的护理项目，婆婆做了美甲，说实话效果还不错；我做了个按摩，虽然很舒服，但也就持续了15分钟左右。那位女士迟到了，我等了她五分钟她才开始接待我。我觉得这一天并没有想象中那么特别，唯一值得称赞的是所有员工都非常友好。
